The house, 1854 · The kitchen, 2018
A house older than the traffic lights.
The brownstone at 32 Dove Street went up in 1854, when Albany's streets were gaslit and the neighborhood gathered wherever the door was open. It still does. In 2018 we restored the wood, kept the bones, and set a longer table.
These days you'll find crafted takes on the food pubs were always meant to serve — and a dog named Don who takes his hosting duties seriously.

Happening now
When the kitchen slows, the room gets softer and the lights get lower. Late cocktails, local pours, and the kind of conversation that only happens after ten.
